Classes Offered
Refresh your spirit with one of our studio classes. We offer a variety of art and holistic classes that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more energized. We also offer workshops and half day retreats from time to time.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is the practice of slowing down and holding poses for longer periods of time. It's slower and more meditative than "yang" yoga and gives you the chance to turn inward and tune into your thoughts and the sensations of your body. It's mainly done solely on the floor without moving from pose to pose in a fast motion.
From time to time we offer -
sound baths, yoga nidra(deep rest) and candlelight sessions. Watch the schedule for special classes.
Art Classes
We offer a variety of art classes. Our main focus is watercolor painting, expressive sessions and scrap journaling(creative memory making).
Our classes are designed to help you build a supportive community of fellow creative humans. We are also here to help you feel more joy in life and lean into more play and exploration.

Breathwork
The type of breathing pattern we use the most at Connected and Well is conscious connected breathing. We breathe in a three part connected pattern while you are guided through words and music. Sessions can last up to 90 minutes.
Most people connect to their intuition, release stress from the body, release old emotions and memories that have been holding you back, let go of limiting beliefs, gain clarity on your goals/dreams, have powerful breakthroughs, feel lighter and so much more.
What happens in a session is unique for each person. Each time you breathe this way, you will experience something new.
