Connected and Well
With Sara Adamchak

Your breath is the doorway back to yourself.
This is more than just breathing.
It’s a way to move what’s been stuck, calm your nervous system, and return to your body.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply off, breathwork creates space to reset from the inside out.
Why Breathwork?
Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have for coming back to yourself.
Breathwork is the practice of intentionally guiding your breath in a rhythmic pattern that quiets the thinking mind and helps you reconnect with your body.
As the mind begins to settle, the body has space to release what it’s been holding onto.
Old stress.
Stored emotions.
Tension that has built up over time.
Through the breath, you can begin to access deeper parts of yourself and allow your nervous system to reset.

What Breathwork Can Help With
Breathwork can support you in:
• regulating and repairing your nervous system
• releasing stress and tension from the body
• processing stored emotions
• letting go of limiting beliefs
• strengthening your intuition
• gaining clarity around your life and direction
• experiencing emotional and energetic breakthroughs
• feeling lighter, calmer, and more present
Each session creates space for the body and mind to release what they no longer need to carry.
Every Experience Is Different
No two breathwork sessions are the same.
Each time you breathe this way, your body reveals something new.
Some people experience emotional release.
Others feel clarity, insight, or deep relaxation.
Many simply feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
Your breath will always meet you exactly where you are.

The Style of Breathwork We Use
There are many breathing techniques practiced around the world.
In our sessions, we primarily use conscious connected breathing.
This is a three-part rhythmic breathing pattern where the inhale and exhale flow continuously without pause.
During the session, you are guided through music, words, and intentional breath to help you move deeper into the experience.
Sessions typically last up to 90 minutes.
My Story: Why I Do This Work
The first time I ever did breathwork, it was life-changing. I felt a powerful connection to my 18-year-old self (I was 38 at the time) and it unlocked a depth of awareness I hadn’t experienced before.
That night, I stayed up into the late hours, researching everything I could about breathwork and how to become a facilitator.
I realized then that this wasn’t just a practice, it was a doorway. A way to help people connect deeply with themselves, shed stress and overwhelm, and reconnect with the parts of them that had been buried, tucked away, or forgotten.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my work to creating spaces where others can experience this same connection, clarity, and sense of aliveness. Every session is unique, because every person brings their own story, energy, and possibility into the breath.

Be willing to see where your breath takes you.
