**Most offerings at Connected and Well are for women only. However, breathwork events are available for all.
Why Breathwork?
Breathwork is the practice of intentionally altering your breath in an active, rhythmic pattern in order to quiet your thinking mind and drop into the body.
This practice helps you to connect with the parts of yourself that have been buried or hidden so you can begin the process of transformation and healing of your mind, body, and spirit.
Breathwork can also help you regulate/repair your nervous system, release stress from the body, strengthen your intuition, release old emotions and memories that have been holding you back, let go of limiting beliefs, gain crystal clarity on your goals/dreams, have powerful breakthroughs, feel lighter and so much more.
There are many types of breathing patterns in the world. The type of breathing pattern we use the most at Connected and Well is conscious connected breathing. We breathe in a three part connected pattern while you are guided through words and music. Sessions can last up to 90 minutes.
What happens in a session is unique for each person. Each time you breathe this way, you will experience something new.
